I've been told Fostex isn't making the FD-8 anymore.... so I've been looking at the Korg D-8. It's about $150 more expensive, has a smaller hard drive (1.8) but comes with 50 onboard effects. Does anyone know about the Korg and how it compares to the Fostex? Bruce

That's a good question...I assumed I could just copy from the FD-8's internal HDD via the SCSI port to my computer's internal SCSI. But I didn't think about how that would actually work... maybe that's in the manual (it pisses me off that Fostex charges you to download manuals BTW, as I can't...
