I think i found it the problem :/ lol.. in the preferences under audio tab it says 'Automatically MUTE any tracks when volume exceeds +18dB .. Haha.. i feel stupid right now :/ if this is the problem? then... i apologise. I love Reaper! lol

Good point lol i wouldnt say that about pro tools, because its not cheap. I guess its my inexperienced.
