go to home depot and spend like $40 on a roll of carpet padding the recycled kind not the furry kind and attatch to ur wall, but dont have it resting against ur wall just kind floating beside it. good luck.

thanx again everybody. well i did do everything myself and it cost about $2400, i got everything from HOME DEPOT!!!!, everything is double drywall and the carpet is industry standard with no padding glued right on the cement.

hey pan, you dont get a degree you get a certificate of completion, at least thats what they gave out when i was there. if u already have the basics then id buy like a 1604 mackie board and akai dr16. cause all those manuals will tell you how to use everything and its not to hard to under stand...

hey thanx, thats kinda what i figure. i swear every time i have a ? about mixing or recording, compression and eq always come up, thats why im trying to get as much information as i can about both, mic technique too.

i have a burner and sound forge 4.5 i can master(normalize and put silence in between each track, and any major things that need to be done) im not saying im amaster at this but i would definately do it free of charge.

i have a pair of JBL 4406 monitors, and i keep getting a buzz in them and i was wondering hot to tell of its my monitors or my amp. ive checked all the wires and their fine. is their a simple test i can do to see if its my monitors or my amp. thanx
