I'm wondering if you guys know of anny good freeware out on the internet that can convert wav's to mp3's without losing quality. When I export my songs as an mp3, they sound very muffled.

i think the dude iss talking about death metal. But they do need to be a little more specific. Eq on what? Guitars? bass Drum? Cyymbals? Backup Vocals?

After i record vocals, I personally lke to listen to the vocals all the way through once by themselves to check for performance, and then I play the instrumrnts with the vox when mixing.

well, the idea would be that the lead guitar, other than the solo, plays pretty much the same chord progression as the rhythymn through the song, but may add in a few notes here and there to catch thje listener off guard and fill out and layer the song a little.
