I'd look at the George L:s and planet waves solderless kits, just for the neatyness of exactly measured cables, I use Planet waves, seems OK when they're not moved much. And fricken easy. Gold-plated, and Planet waves have these "springs" on the plug that makes it stick in there better.

Too damn short is what I say.;) Sounds are great for VSTi, I dabble with Edirol orchestral, with the keyboard of my laptop, and can't get nearly that precise. Or sounds that transparent or clear.

Not a bad sound. Though, too distorted, flat and sharp for my taste, but I'm an overdrive-man myself, even in Metal.:o ..Just can't beat the ROAR!!:cool: Sounds pretty low-noise too.
