Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone was after a channel controller for cubase, AT A GREAT PRICE!:)
Steinberg Channel Controller,With box, cable, installation CD and manual,USED ONCE | eBay
You will want software and you might want to buy some monitors, but apart from that your all set. I would also buy some books on the subject if i were you, which you can read before and as you record and mix, that will help you get the best result, considering your amount of experience. Good luck!
I think korg or akai is the way you want to go, and it depends how many pads you want, The akai lpd8 is a great pad controller with 8 pads, and 4 banks of pads, it also has 8 rotary knobs, if you want more pads the akai mpd 18 has 16 pads and i think it has 3 banks and one fader, they are both...

If you want to go into this sort of thing as a career go for it, but if not, its a waste of money, there are loads and loads of great tutorials on you tube and loads of great books
The chances are it will just be a standard 1/4 inch guitar cable that you would use to plug into a guitar amp, you will need to buy one but the chances are you will already have one, if not they can range from anything from £5 to ridiculous amounts, just search around on amazon for guitar cables:)
I want to start doing software tutorials on my youtube but i need some software to capture whats going on on my screen, so does anyone recomend anything, and ideally it would like one you pay for, every time i download something i always end up getting viruses:L
Thanks
