mix sounds fine...good balance of guitar and strings. Nice interpretation of the song.

I agree with stratomaster, the vocals could be a little more prominent. Tempo is a little disjointed at 2:13 (during the guitar solo)...but I'm thinking that was intentional. Overall (at least to my ears) it seems to be mixed OK....just bring the vocal up a little more.

Excellent advice! I wish the guy who first recorded me had suggested this. I didn't even know there was such a thing as a click track....so of course I had trouble trying to play with incessant clicking in my head. I'm getting more used to it, but still find it a challenge.

thanks....I just made my very first attempt at recording. My bose thing does seem to communicate with the reaper software. I didn't even set up the monitors or anything. I used used that little T1 "audio engine" thing and a USB cord into my computer. The reaper program seemed to recognize...
