I have all of these. In a live setting, the Strat. It covers a lot of tonal ground and IT STAYS IN TUNE. In all fairness, the 335 stays in tune but thats mine

P Bass for sure. That and the Rick and now a Yamaha BB300. It's a P Bass but the pickups are reversed

Mass/ geometry matters. And a MASSIVE point of diminishing returns. What matters. Mass, a more resonate base structure and more than anything pickups
