Yep it's based on a firebird without the central slab. It sounds great in the room. Now I just need to learn how to play it! No slide on this one, that's the Harmonizer pedal doing the hard work

Yeah the rhythm tones are zz top and the lead is Billy gibbons all over. Bass is popping a bit in spots. Dusty would have that right back in the pocket :D

Works for me. Mind you I'm a sucker for seedy bars. Like that addition of that guitar around 1.40. Nice lead break. Vocals are very good. The acoustic guitar might be a little strident. I like how you ditched it completely in the 2nd half of the song. Cool jam

The track is a little loose but pretty good. If you put a basic drum loop behind it and added a bass track & vocal I think you'd be surprised how much it would lift it
