    Mean! :D

That's a good sounding room. Great track, vocal delivery it top shelf. Made me laugh, nice job

    New song called......"The Reason"

Nice track. I'm not a huge fan of reverb generally. I would vary the reverb intensity with an envelope rather than having it there all the time

"Running Free", new tune i'm working on now

Great track. This one sounds different to other Bats Brew tracks I've heard. Mix seems more congested, less clarity that previously. Mind you that could totally be my ears :)

    Time Machine

Yeah real retro sounds. The organ & guitar intro are pure 60's. Guitar is great throughout. Bass is cutting through but needs to be more consistent and tightened up. I like the chorus from 3.15 into the lead break, it hits the groove there, guitars sound great. Sounds like you had fun with it, :D

    Ears please

Hey guys just wondering if you could take a listen to this track and let me know anything that sticks out or appears lacking ***Fixed link*** https://drive.google.com/file/d/19-nKOgqhU-D_s2NgScKs3xKl7UGswH-H/view?usp=sharing This is an old collab that we've resurrected and tried tarting up as a...

    Breaking the Silence

Yeah Scott used the T-Racks mastering tools on the 2 bus and it does seem to have pushed the top up a bit too much. Thanks for the spin & feedback

    Breaking the Silence

Weird, sorry about that. Still plays OK here

    Breaking the Silence

Thanks DM. Yes I think you're right, there's a bit of extra sizzle in that sausage. Will have another look

    Breaking the Silence

Yeah Scott won a karaoke competition once singing Bowie's Heroes, so that's a fair call. (The prize was dinner with Pink!) Will take a look at that kick. Thanks strat

Original Tune: The things I never won (Pop Punk/Alternative Rock)

Yep it rocks out well. I like the guitar and bass tones and the vocal is good too. It is quite loud though, you might have overlimited a wee bit. If you put this up on spotify or itunes they will normalise it and you'd likely notice quite a drop in volume. Good job.

Tell Me What You Wanna Do

Yep it's upbeat. Good melodies too. Nice job

    Breaking the Silence

My buddy Scott took a jam I did recently and twisted it up, added some vocals and completely changed the thing, took it to a different place. Real pleased with how it turned out. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GDwDV6kvXgB7Lr8hkJiX-ozLg5dOqrYa/view?usp=sharing How does the mix sit, balance...

Tried to mix electronic and hard rock and here is the outcome - "December"

It's electronic but I don't hear any hard rock...

OK I'll go check that bass again. Thanks Trip

    Worrisome

The bass drives the song along really well. On headphones it's a little boomy, you could scoop out the lower 300 area maybe? It cuts through well, got a nice twang. Don't listen to me though my hearing is shot :D Backing vocals are great. I would high pass and compress them and bring them up a bit

    New geetar

Not sure if there's a genre that applies. It's just a jam with synths, drums and wires. Yeah there's one or two spots of tempo fluidity that snuck through QC :D New guitar was built by a luthier friend of mine. Solid slab of mahogany, Firebird shape, minimalist frippery

    Thanks for the spin

    New geetar

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah I agree, probably tricky to add vocals to this, more of a soundtrack type deal. Cheers!
