Sup folks, I plan on building a house. I was going to have a basement for studio. But then I saw a house plan with this upstairs single room that I thought would make a cool one room studio. Any potintial problems? This would be a room for mixing and tracking.

I am trying to decide beteween the 2408 mkIII or the Multiface. I think the 2408 is more expandable as far as channels, but the RME seems to be more stable and better quality from the reviews i've read. Any testimonials would help. Or any other advice. Tanks
