I just remembered when I copied my reaper to usb,I did the export configuration as well, & you can select what you want to copy, have a look,here's the page in prefs;

I run my tracking reaper of a lappy on a usb stick, & when I moved it I used this method; it copied the exact reaper I had on my desktop to the usb stick, simples! (just saying that's what I did! :D.)

You have to point S/T to where the sound files are with the import button; in my limited experience this is not an easy machine to work,very good, but fussy! good luck :rolleyes:

Have a look at the master I|O + a look at the routing matrix should reveal what's going where? :D
