While looking for other stuff in the loft I found a pair of old tape machine mics. They have to be from the old bush cassette machine as I dont recall anyone of the other tape machines having mics that I owned.
I plugged it in the interface and nearly had to crank the gain to get a signal at...
Here’s the thing I have a midi file of a song with a midi guide vocal.
Really handy but can i use the midi guide vocal track to tune my vocal recording with ReaTune.
If not the plus side is at least the guide vox midi will tell me what pitch the vocal should be.
and I can consult it when using...
My clav 150 has a slider for song/keyboard. Make sure it’s set right then if your using the audio out from the clav will turning up the volume on it resolve the issue.

it means reopening the fx windows...
I use various types of mics as others have said depending on the placement and role of the percussion.

Now the price of energy has sky rocketed in the uk. I’d wager there’s lots of people who have an old dissused grow tent in the loft that might double as a makeshift/portable collapsible booth. LOL.
I like the song in reply #7.
it’s a very dense mix Throughout. Maybe drop some of the parts in places and open up the sound stage for less instruments to shine better and create a build through the song.
