Yeah you can hear a lot of pumping going on in those sections. I think under all of that, the mix might be pretty decent sounding. I think the guess that it's the kick triggering the limiter is a good one.

Not my genre. But I liked what I heard. You built up the song nicely by introducing new sounds and parts as the song moves along. Instrumentals are always tough to keep up listener interest, but I thought you did a good job. The sounds you chose were all pleasing to my ear.

I thought it sounded good - especially the "vox up" mix. Guitars and bass sound nice. Vox too. The cymbals are a bit high in the mix. The overall mix seems limited pretty hard. The toms, and to an extent the snare, are a little muddy. Minor things. Good job.
