Yes, to say the least. I have such a foggy memory of those days, but I was hooked up with their manager at the time, and I remember one time, in particular, that there were some other girls there, with Dennis, and a couple other of the members at the time, and we were looking at the Fullerton crime report in the paper. There were miscellaneous reports of robberies/thefts in the area, and they were saying, "Yeah, that one was Mike..." I was somewhat naive, and questioned them... They told me, basically, he hit local houses for money to buy his preferred drugs at the time. It was sort of surreal to me, and I wasn't sure if they were telling me the truth, but it stuck with me that they were so confident about it. I don't know what kind of person he is today. That was almost 30 years ago! I think I'm getting old!

Actually, we were acquaintances back in the early 80's. That was another life, but I do have some memories of him, and their band when they were first starting out.
