Hey, so I have a MXL 990 and it's going through a Tascam US-122mkII. I'm running it on pro tools 9 on a PC. I'm getting a really bad Fizz sound and I noticed you talked about that in one of your posts. How can I get rid of it? I tried EQ and it didn't help much and If I turn it down enough to where the fizz goes away, I can't hear my vocals. I'm not using a pre-amp, could that be the problem? also, is my audio interface not good enough? Thanks for any help!
