True - antichef was a barely developed super-villain who would appear in out-of-context frames in a chef hat with evil eyes, stirring a big pot, spouting off inscrutable instructions to unseen minions. His goals and motives were never clear, but were clearly sinister. The main characters, Screwby Drew and otherdog, were generally wrapped up in their pursuit of the Blue Glue, while chased by noble Filligan, an archer in the service of the Duke of central park - keen and intelligent, but apt to be hit by city buses from time to time. There was more - I forget most of it.
