Hi, I'm having trouble figuring out how to "double" a track and paste it into a new track. I can copy the track but for the life of me can't figure out how to get the Roland 2000CD to paste. We are using the add-on monitor and mouse. Went through the manual but am having no luck finding it...

Where in the world do I start with EQing "finger snapping"? It's a Christmas song with a Blue's feel. Everything else sounds fine, just not sure where to begin with this rhythm piece.

I did test run with all of the equipment and a new patchbay (1st time using it for the PC routing). It was so slick to be able to route to the PC W/O having to crawl around equipment plugging and un-plugging things. However, the test came out too compressed because tracks went through my dbx...

Does anyone ever use a contract when recordng another artist? You know, using your studio, being sound engineer, and producer (even adding instruments to the finished product), do you put your studio in the credits? "Produced and Mixed by......." How would you react to an artist who was upset...

In theory, if you have a piece of equipment that generates lots of bass, if you ran that piece through an equalizer, could you "notch" out the heavy bass? Wouldn't that be better than a final EQ'ing on entire mix because IF only one part is too heavy with bass, wouldn't EQ'ing the entire mix...

Someone gave me a Roland Pro-E Intelligent Arranger to play around with and I keep getting an error.."Check Internal Battery". This is an old piece of equipement and I have no idea where to get an "Internal Battery". Any ideas?? Thanks
