I'm running my US-1641 in sonar 6 studio. When I record with WDM drivers at any latency setting, my recordings all have to be nudged to put them back on time. I've finally got it recording with out latency, by switching to ASIO drivers with a latency of 5.3ms but now with my computer at idle...
