Try moving each of the tubes and see if you can recreate the noise. I once had a bad tube socket that did something similar to your description. You can "sometimes" retension the socket to hold the tube firmly. If this does not recreate the problem you could have a bad solder joint

When I record a track and play it back I noticed if I pan Right 100% it call still be heard on both sides. If I pan left 100% it works fine (it is only heard from the left side). What set-up parameters in Sonar should I check? My midi tracks work fine. This only happens on audio tracks.
