Hey folks, another de-esser thread here. Does anyone know of a decent non-shelving VST de-esser? The two I have found (spitfish and mda) shelve down the high end, rather than notching out the frequency. Or perhaps a flexible multiband compressor that works pretty good for something like this...

Anybody know anything about FIBEREX (FIBREX?) mineral wool? SPI in Kansas City has some 2" - 8pcf for $.47/sqft . Also, how about 8pcf mineral wool in general for ceiling panels and reflections? I believe it is better for absorbing lower bass, but will it do OK for broadband taming of room...
