I have the Cadenza Strings soudfonts and I want to use them with Finale 2003; to do this, I need to know the separate bank select and patch information for each instrument so that I can enter it into the instrument list for correct playback. The problem is, I don't know how to find this...

I was wondering what the quality of General MIDI sounds is like on this sound card. Does anyone have a sample or something that I can listen to? Or: Does anyone know a sound card with really good sounding GM? Or is it just the nicer the card, the better all the sounds in general? Much obliged.

I recently downloaded a sound font (*.sf2) from Hammersound, but I don't know how to use it. I have onboard sound: VIA AC'97 Enhanced Audio Controller (WDM). Do I need another program to use these sound fonts? Is there a sound font player? I want to use the fonts instead of GM to play back...

When I hit the keys on my M-Audio Radium61 MIDI Controller, there is a significant delay before I hear the sound coming out of my computer's speakers. What's going on? There is an option called "Aftertouch," but turning it up or down has no effect. Help!
