You can treat that room and use it. Build bass traps 1st and address all corners.

Well, I can't swap faders because they're soldered in. I did however open and clean the fader (like in the video posted here). I didn't have any cleaner, but I did lightly brush the gunk off the wiper. I did bend them up ever so slightly (like in the video). Put everything back together and...
