I'm (hopefully, it's complicated) getting a new monitor buss board, which has the original aux and effect send master pots; so that should sort that minor issue out. As for the main problem I think it's safe to say that somehow signal from PGM 2 (on to or off of tape) is not getting to the PGM...

I gave them a dust. Just wanted to check that wasn't cap leakage. This morning tried to run signal out of PGM Buss 2 Out to a headphone amp. Just got noise. Do you think cleaning Monitor gain 2 pot might help?

Here's a weird thing. The problem is following Buss 2 no matter which mixer channel I'm plugging in to. So does that mean it's neither the switch nor the buss 1/2 select switch on channel 2 that's the cause of the issue. Also. I'm getting a weird bzzing sound even with everything at minimum...
