ok john i found the thread it was the tascam usb interface... it just seemed you were willing to bad rap that device without any real reason... for latency issues??? we'vbe all had them at one time or another... and they rarely comdown to an interface issue.... i question your experience as pehaps too limited... so there it is... sorry if you were offended...

john i'm not sure exactly which you're talking about but will try to search it later... admittedly my opinions are strong... and mostly kept to 2 areas... theory/comp discussions wher i have a degree and a keen interest in it's understanding and dissemination... or technical issues about equipment as i had been a pro level tech for @15 yrs... which gives me a basis for opinions again perhaps less strong...
