Just looking at the manual and I only see K102 & 103 From what I remember the relay with the metal cover is generally the one that gives trouble, right? That would be the K102, right?

Very good explanation! I tried bouncing some vocal tracks using the the repro head and the results were cool, But I was looking for that kind of effect.

Got the manual back tonight and I'm looking fowared to getting some of this stuff fixed.
