ive got the US-800 , it DOES work on windows 7 64bit, tho as ive said in another post there is an issue with my laptop loosing the driver/usb connection when my lap top is turned back on ....tho i just need to unplug/plug in the power adaptor on th US-800 . Also had the exact same problem...

ive the exact same issue with the tascam US800. ive installed it onto a laptop running Vista and one running Win7. For me it cant recognise the US800 after ive turned the laptops back on. I have to unplug and plug back in the adaptor . Its slightly annoying :/

thought i'd pop in an example of a killer track Eleanor Rigby by ahem the Beatles being covered by a band called Outside Royalty. I think most of us will have heard it covered a million times , and we instinctively compare it to the original , well you cant with this - its out there on its own...

when my Norton ran out in the spring , i was recommended a prog called "MalwareBytes" - - unfortunately i picked antivirus docktor on the googled list :/ DOH!! tho Norton stopped and quarantines it , it never deletes it , so on every scan , it panics itself :/ i dont connect to the net on...

erm not really ,(from a purely noobie/hobbiest / for fun POV ) i looked at the instruments gathered in the garage and asked myself what we needed , to get them into a Computer . Before reading up on the "problem" it felt normal to assume i needed a Mixer - especially as my AI had 1 useful...

we play about with covers , but we never try to replicate them , we mash em up our way :)
