I just signed up too. My last version was X2, but I wasn't that thrilled about it, I liked SONAR 6 better. Too much stuff going on, I prefer something a little simpler. That being said, I'm not buying another DAW any time soon.

I've used contact cleaner on multiple pots and it's worked fine for me.

If it's a part that's repeated and only has plosives on some parts can't you just splice in a different piece of audio?

I have no doubt you can get a decent guitar for that price, especially if you try used guitars.

I play mainly acoustic and I would recommend going to a few stores and actually playing a bunch of guitars. Especially at your price range, it's like picking through the lumber pile at Home depot.

That's good to know. When I first changed strings on my uke they stretched forever and I thought I did something wrong, but then they broke in and they were fine.When I put strings on my guitars,I play two songs and they're good.

Well I bought a set of flats for my bass and both a set of flats and half rounds for one of my electrics. I'll find out what it's all about this week.
