bad bass

Adobe 3.0 won't work with 7 with out crashing so, I learned how to install XP over 7 now I have play backs but can't record HELP!!!

I have a HP computer 3 GB Hard drive, 3 GB PROCESSOR WITH PRO TOOLS on it A BEHRINGER EUROPOWER PMP3000 powered mixing board ,daul monitors a delta 44 M-AUDIO interface, breakout box BUT don't know how all this hooks up can any one please help me? I CAN'T JAM!!!!
