I cant seem to figure out how to make the tiny horizontal scroll bar bigger. Its so small most of the time I can hardy use it.

Also I'd like to make it so my [ (side/Thumb mouse button) + mouse wheel ]also scrolls horizontal....but cant figure out how to get this 2 part shortcut to happen. I can get a single shortcut like mouse wheel = horizontal scroll, fine...but I want it to be the button + mousewheel.

If I'm reading you right, there's a +- button on the bottom right of the track window. Click on the minus and the scroll bar should get larger...

I was hoping to make the whole scroll bar bigger (taller I guess you could say) so I have much more clickable area on it. Its tiny!!!

You might check out the Reaper theme editor. One of Reaper's advantages is that you can completely change the layout. I haven't used it so I can't say how it's done, but I'm guessing it's in there.

I can change a lot of things in reaper...but the tiny scroll bar doesn't see to be one of them. Unless I'm missing something.

Me and the scroll bar have never gotten along. This may not help much, but I find it marginally easier to move the mouse cursor over the bar button or any space to left/right of it, then, instead of grabbing the button with the left mouse button, use the mousewheel to scroll left/right. This could go horribly wrong as you need to keep the pointer over the bar area - if it should drift off the bar area it will change from scroll to zoom. This makes my head explode. If you can master not moving your mouse while wheel scrolling, you can eliminate this problem.

Gotcha. But there's gotta be a way to fix this and just make it bigger, right? Maybe universally through windows 10 settings?

I found this from 2010, Read the final comment 10 years later:

To change the scrollbar height in Windows you need to edit the registry. Here's where that is done. As always, make a back up of your registry before you change anything. I'm guessing it will change ALL scroll bars in Windows.

I wish I'd thought of that . . . :p
