This is where the "magic" happened. There was a Roland G5 drum kit and Korg 264 also.

On a completely different note: Look at those speakers. If they were cranked up to 10, do you think the sound would travel through concrete? (I'm thinking of the townhouse. We're still no there yet)

Usually only bass vibrations travel through concrete - but I bet you don't have a concrete ceiling (basement set up?)
It's going to be this equipment in a basement set up (which this is also). I'm going to definitely create a soundproof room. My one "thing" in life is hearing other people's music in my house. In the same thought, I don't want others to hear my music in their homes. So, moving to a townhouse is quite possibly my worst nightmare. My little android playing music in the basement can be heard on the first floor with the door open. So, I know major soundproofing is needed.
