Need some feedback please! (Oceanflame - Writings On The Wall)

Mix sounds pretty good to me. The low end seems to drop off in the prechorus, maybe bringing the guitars down a bit there would help. I feel like I want to hear more low end in general actually, something seems like it's missing a little. Might just be the low mids? I don't have a sharp enough ear to say.

Cool song, the band sounds like a successor to Iron Maiden to me.
 
I'm not hearing much bass. Difficult to understand the lyrics.
 
when the heavy guitars kick in, they are slightly weak to me. where is that high pass filter set? i'd look at the EQ of the guitars and guitar buss again. arrangement is nice, and vocals aren't too bad at all. i agree with easlern on the maiden reference/though i'll toss in some very early Avenged Sevenfold. i'd aim for making it a bit "thicker". look at the low mids and bass too.
