This is an older song, off my first album,
that i am preparing to remix in the next couple of months,
to re-release digitally.

i'm looking for new mix ideas.

my first thought is that i want the drums kicking more,
and dial in the bass frequencies better,
cuz that's where the swing is.

i'd try some pads during verses other than guitar solo bits. Otherwise sounds real nice every instruments seem pretty good as they are right now

The mix sounds good as it is. If I were to make changes, push the kick and bass a little and raise the vocal by a hair or two. Otherwise, mix is really good.

when you 'pads', do you mean synth fills?

i think i'll leave this one all guitar, it's just that kind of song anyway.

i still have to bother building the new mixes up from scratch anyways, so i might as well revisit the whole mix, maybe strip some stuff out, and make it a simpler straightforward rock mix, without all the overdubs.

Really a great composition, bringing some life into my ears . Listening to the song brought me a picture of a galactic battle ,with lazer guns bouncing from left to right,don't know why though, but I like it!!

Oh pads you know anything vocals saying oooooooh or anything really just some stuff happening around other than the guitar solos. But really that's just an idea cause right now its already damn fine
