Microphone for YouTube voiceovers and XLR interface

Hi, I would like your recommendations for a microphone for doing voiceovers for YouTube for around AUD$100 that is either XLR or USB but if it is usb then it would have to have a mute button/switch and headphone monitoring. If it is XLR then could you please recommend an interface to convert the XLR signal to a USB signal, this also need a mute button\switch and headphone monitoring port. Thanks in advanced.
