Hey! America!

Our birthday was two days ago. ;)

But that doesn't destroy the principle of Independence Day!

Thanks RAMI.

And may I express my sincerest apology to England. But hey - We wanted our freedom of religion and all that other stuff about taxes and free trade.

Oh yeah. And guns. We really, really wanted guns.

I also want to thank the French, momentarily. Without them, there would be no kick-ass America!

Well, I don't know what country you're talking about, but July 4th was yesterday, when I posted this. In fact it only ended 5 and a half hours ago. :)

Yeah, I know that. Not many Americans know this but America's birthday is actually July 2nd, when our Declaration of Independence was actually voted for adoption by 12 of the 13 colonies. It was only announced publicly on the 4th and all the details weren't finalized until August!

Of the three dates, July 2nd is definitely the most important because that really is our country's birthday, but I suppose it really doesn't matter. The 4th formally is our independence date and we get to blow shit up! :D

None of them are actually important.

MEH!

Lol, if I had to choose between the three, I would say the actual date of our country is the most important, but yes, there are tons of other facts that are much more important and it's the principle of Independence Day that really matters.
