Outboard effects for Tascam DP 24

I don't own a DP-24 but it came out right after the 2488 NEO was discontinued.Im sure its very similar in that it should have the nice features of 2 extra effect sends besides the built in one. Just use the 1/4 inch output on back of the DP-24 that says "effect send" and hook it to one input of your FX 2000 and then hook up 2 cables from your effects out and return them into 2 channels (or a stereo ch.) of your DP-24. Then go into the same window where your built in effects are and you should see the extra 1 or 2 (like the NEO) and it will say effects send 1 or 2. Im sorry but that's the best I can explain it right now :o
