Do they? I haven't got one.
Me either. I have
a 565SD, though, which is close to a 58. I can't say I use it much, though (or any moving-coil dynamic, for that matter).
Unless you're using a cheap, battery-powered electret condenser mic, 99% of the time, noise problems are the fault of the preamp, not the mic. The hotter you have to crank the preamp to get a decent level out of the mic, the more noise the preamp adds. Dynamic mics require lots of gain, so if your preamp isn't great, you're gonna get a lot of noise. Moving to a condenser mic (which typically has a much hotter output than a dynamic) will usually reduce the noise floor considerably.
Of course, that's not universal. I've worked with some condenser mics that have so much self noise that they're a pain in the backside to deal with. YMMV. Thus far, the ones I have encountered all fall into the "cheap, battery-powered electret condenser" category, though.
Either way, if you're getting noise on a dynamic mic, it is almost
always caused by a noisy preamp. I mean yes, ostensibly, it could be made worse by a cheap dynamic having an unusually low output level, causing you to have to crank the preamp gain higher, but ultimately the preamp is what's adding the noise, and getting a better preamp will probably make a much bigger difference than changing microphones.
