Nuendo 4.3 Records a blank file

Although I have activated the mic, but it only records a blank file. Playback is good. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions shall be appreciated.

Thanks for you advice the fix was simple. I had to choose DirectX Full Duplex instead of asio4all driver.
