I got a really good deal on a used one locally but here's a thing.
I bought an omni capsule on E-Bay, from China for about $15 includes shipping.
Works fine.
They sell generic capsules. Cardioid and Omni and will fit various mics.
Suitable for MXL CAD and Apex#44.
