does anyone know where i can find owen corning 703 in the montreal area, i cant find it anywhere!!!

Hey dude is roxul safe n sound good too? Like if I make it six inches thick

ok so i jsut said fuk it im gonna order owens corning and i did, i ordered 24 2 inch panels, so for the bass traps i should make them 4 inches thick right? should the cloud and the panels be 4 inches too or just 2 is ok ?

Nice! 16 of those (assuming 2"X4"X2") will work to straddle your 4 corners. I would use 4 of them to make two 4" side reflection panels, and the rest to make a couple 4" cloud panels above your listening position. You will soon notice the benefits of your investment man. Well done. :D

Hey do I have to use burlap fabric for the bass traps or can I use another type, because I need black and I can't find black burlap

No man. Any fabric that is 'breathable' is ok. I used $150 yd. polyester/cotton blend from Wallmart. :)

LOL! Sorry man, I was never good at typing, nor math. $1.50 :D

Hey man wasup so I got the stuff and after alot of bithing from my dad he brought a good point, is this stuff safe to have in my bedroom??

What stuff? The reason for the fabric, aside from the aesthetic reasons, is to stop fibers from escaping. They can cause irritation. Not cancer. That was once presumed, but has been proven not to be the case. The fabric can be made safer by spraying with a flame retardant. May as well get your socks and undies as well since they are a fire hazard as well. :D

lmao too funny, yo dude for the cloud i made 3 24 by 48 4 inches thick panels, how the hell do i hang them from the wall lol, do i nail them right to the ceiling or do i hang them with a string at an angle??

What are your frames built from? I use eye hooks and chain link myself. Use this type of anchor for hollow wall/ceiling. Then use appropriate threaded hook to replace the included bolt. :D

I strung two wires across the back like picture wire (affixed with 3 staples per side per my staple gun), one 6 inches from one end, one 6 inches from the other end, bridging the 24" span. That gave me two wires 36 inches apart. They had enough play in them to come about 4" away from the frame at center when taught.

Next I stuck to swag hooks in the ceiling 36" apart centered where I wanted it to hang and then just got up on a step ladder and hung it.

Pretty easy.
