boss dr 670 error

Hey , new to the forum here.

I've had a boss dr rhythm dr-670 , and I've been getting the following error everytime

UPD SPD 100C

Anyone know what this means?

Sorry, but seriously, throw it away, get Reaper and some software drum samples and use the MIDI editor.... soooooooo much easier, soooo much better...

I know, I have a Dr 770..... which is just a paperweight these days...

You guys are so cruel :( the Dr 770 is like an old dog that has been owned from a puppy, as it gets old it looks through it's sad eyes at you, Oh please look after me and keep me well in my old age.

I don't know what it means, but you might want to reset it back to factory settings. Be warned, you will lose everything you have saved, songs, patterns, settings, etc....but if it's not working at all, you don't have much to lose I don't think.

DR-670
Power on while holding REC and STOP / CONT. Press ENTER twice to reset to factory settings
