After selling my 24x8x2 console and moving to a 16x4x2, I now have some extra snakes and an extra patchbay. Here's what I have

3 - Hosa CSS-803 PRO 3 meter 8 channel TRS-TRS snakes. They go for around $70new, I'd like to get $45 ea.

3 - Hosa CSS-802-PRO 2 meter 8 channel TRS-TRS snakes. These go for around $60 new, I'd like to get $35 ea. - 2 SOLD - 1 REMAINING

PLEASE NOTE: These are the PRO model snakes, with quality repairable TRS connectors, not Hosa's cheaper plastic versions that you can't repair.

1 - Neutrik NYS-SPP-L 48 point 1/4" TRS patchbay. $119 new, I'd like to get $65. Price reduced!!!

All items are in near new condition and 100% working.

I'll ship on your dime and would be happy to work out a deal if you wanted more than one item.

The idea of the patchbay is to bring the connections that are on the back of your gear to a location where it is easier to get to. You can also set up the patchbay so that certain connections are the default, even without patch cables. For instance, I have 8 channels of preamps that go into the 8 inputs on my Firewire Interface with no patch cables. But if I want to use a different input, I can plug into the patchbay and it will disconnect the preamp that was going into that channel on the interface and instead use what I just plugged in. It makes a lot of tasks simpler, especially if your eyes are as bad as mine :)

Yup, either that or people just don't understand the necessity of the TRS snakes that you are offering.
 
Got a couple of the cables sold. Thanks BentRabit. As for the couple of trade offers I've received, it got me thinking, sure I'm open to trading. Not sure what I need so hit me up with what you've got to offer and we can talk. But as they say, Cash is (still) King.

Hurrumpffff!!! Well a fellow member just pointed out an online store that is selling the same patchbay for $74 shipped.

With that in mind I guess I need to lower my price if I'm really serious about getting this out of my rack.

Let's say $65 for it and less if you buy some cables too!

Seriously, i paid $120 for this about a year ago... will be emailing that particular vendor shortly :(
 
OK, how about this. I'll take 20% off AND cover shipping for anybody who can email me a image of their current student ID. Maybe a way to help a young home recorder get setup. If you're working on your JD, or PhD, maybe not, but the rest why not?
