Hey Guys,

Ive been using my bedroom untill now, but due to various reasons I gotta move the studio out. I have this small room which I can use but due to the size and shape, Im not sure about how to go about it exactly.

I need your help to decide where to place my desk and monitors and what kinda dampening I would need to even out the acoustics. ANY help on those two things would be Greatly appreciated. Rather, any help with the designing.

Lemme know what you guys think!

P.S : I was thinking of converting that small duct space in front of the bathroom only for vocal recording. You think it would work?

i've worked in a small 6 x 8 studio before and it was a great room. shouldnt have too much trouble with this mate

My very slightly educated opinion would be desk and monitors at north end off the wall a bit. Corner bass traps and first reflection point absorbers.

Someone with greater knowledge will advise further I am sure.

Awesome. Can you share the layout they were using for the same? Where the desk/monitors etc were placed?

Thanks so much for your input, really appreciate it!

Only problem is arranging a small couch in such a small space haha!
