Google "the new monster" and you get a 1280 x 760 Hi-res image of my penis.

Just sayin'.

Now that's getting about as silly as ..... as ..... Silly Bee.

I know. You may have noticed that I recently lost my mind. The manifestations of that are numerous. Luckily, I don't seem to care much, so that helps.

Well, I tried that, but it wouldn't take the wav file. Anyway, here's a maximum quality mp3, so hopefully that will suffice.

The D6 sounds better overall for a kick. But if you listen to the very last kick in the whole clip, it sounds good too. Maybe moving the RE320 around to find a better spot will get better results.

I'll see you at Jamfest with some meds that will set you striaght Chris.

I noticed that, too. I must've hit it differently. The batter head doesn't give very good response right now, as you could probably tell by all the little double hits in the recording. So some positioning and retuning would probably help both mics out.

Ok, here's a vocal test. The first bit is with the Sennheiser e835, the second bit is with the RE320 (in normal mode--I didn't bother with the switch for this test). I am running it through a Focusrite ISA One on the ISA 110 impedance setting. Personally, I think the RE320 is a lot clearer and a bit more in your face, which I like. I've struggled with bringing the vocals forward in my mixes (well, when I had access to a U87, that worked pretty well), but I think I may finally have found a mic that works for this singer.
