We just wanted something on youtube that wasn't us fannying around, so we shot this in the practise room on Sunday then i cut it together. Took about 10 hours altogether, and no cash. Proper one that won't be free coming in a few months :)

Lol. The video stopped at :53 and wouldn't play anymore. It's fine though because I had seen and heard enough of that awful trendy crap.

Which one of those prancing queermos is you?

The one that looks the trendiest/gayest of course Greg :)

stopped at 38 seconds for me.

I liked those lights behind ya'll. What were those?

Must be this forums youtube embedding thats playing up, no one else's been having these problems, you guys tried the link?

The lights are just some cheap flashing ones and a massive wall thing thats in our practise room.

worked for me...great for no budget, liked the playing in front of the lights bit, shame the practise room is so cramped, and its too repetative..... some visual effects during the synth breakdown may have helped??

The band sounds good...liked the track but tell the drummer to put a shirt on, I thought he was another hi hat stand :D

Thanks dude. Would have liked to do something in the middle section but couldn't think of anything we could do on the cheap. My brother (drummer) sometimes wears a song for the first song, but it always comes off after that. He sweats like a bastard.

heatmeister did some pretty basic effects on a video in the mp3 clinic recently, even something along those lines would have broke it up...

your brother? well at least having a drummer in your family makes you look like you can do no wrong :)

Haha awesome. My brothers probably the most talented in the band actually, seen him put a lot of drummers from much bigger bands to blame. Greg will disagree though :)

Lol @ chammy's little pop band being the best at everything. :laughings:

ur jelus.....

Nah it's just funny to bust his balls. He takes himself and his band so super seriously! It's hilarious. :laughings: :laughings:

I was there too though at one time. A long time ago. Before I became cynical and jaded, but wiser too. Live music is a joke now. Making a real living off of original material is damn near impossible. To even try is naive. All this promotion is a waste of time. Myspace, facebook, youtube - it's all retarded. Those sites are full of literally millions of "bands", singer-songwriters, etc. It's way too easy for anyone to afford gear, record at home, and get their shit music "out there". everyone says "you gotta play live. Get out there!" But have you really looked out there lately? It's a shitstorm of suck. Too many really bad bands in the world making really lame music. It has totally watered down the talent pool. I can't even remember the last time I saw or heard a new or local band that seemed fresh and exciting. I think it was around 1994. :laughings:

Good luck, chamelious! You can do it! :D

tl,dr :D

I saw a band on Saturday almost exactly as you described...street festival and the usual fair of reggae/ska bands and other happy innofensive shit like that then at six this new/young band came on...falling about their skinny jeans with metal rifs alonside SH201 solos....the crowd just looked at them stunned for about five minutes then left

I fell sorry for kids trying to make it now, there is a ton out there but Id still rather be in the house programming some beat or chord change or something else thats listening to more of the same :o

Pretty cool. I dig the song and the playing is pretty tight too. Video is great for a basement DIY deal.

The only thing that bothered me was the girl pants. Just watching you guys made my sack hurt.

I just meant he's the best out of 5 guys who're awful and write terrible generic (pop, apparently) music Greg. +i take it seriously because we do. We practise, turn up on time and are courteous and professional. No other **** seems to be.
