I just installed Cubase and I'm anxious to know how to use it. So far everything I used in the past has left me frustrated; and for over 7 years I have done nothing with software.

A friend sent me a laptop after my pc crashed and I found a Cubase cd around among many left around just because; well it's the first one I have been able to use without HAVING TO READ INSTRUCTIONS.

uhhhhh......congratulations.....I guess.

And welcome to the forums. :)

Cubase is dope. I use it. I would start with the device setup. Then learn how to link software channels to harware channels.

Then crank your mic pre gain to to 0 digital db!*******JUST KIDDING******

Howdy and welcome to the forums....but you should still read the instruction manuals.

Yeah I know every new piece of gear I get it is just like Christmas morning ....Paper and fluff flying everywhere the into the studio to play...
Then a few weeks later while on the can or something to that effect I'll start to read the manual and get new insights to what I can do with my new toy or get the OH SH!T I better not do that again to it.:spank::laughings:
