And sold my POD 2.0 on Craigslist. I hated the 2.0. Gotta go, work to do.

I think they will have to drill to get down deep enough to get at it, penicillin just ain't going to cut it this time I'm afraid.

Wow. When my 2.0 died (cat pissed in it) instead of replacing it with a another used 2.0, I got an XT Live. I've grown to accept/sometimes like the XT, but I always thought the 2.0 was better.

Go figure...

It didn't have USB so I could only connect through the line in and was unable to download patches. Plus now I have a wah pedal!!!!!!!

Yeah, the wah pedal is pretty indispensible. Don't get me wrong--I'm fine with my XT Live now. And I think it has more depth and options than the 2.0 for sure. I just had my favorite patches on the 2.0 (my own custom ones) and I could never recreate them on the XT Live. So I guess I was just a bit frustrated a bit early on...

i picked up a midi usb cable for patches but in truth it just sits there...Ive seen a few XTs going for cheap but is the sound that much different/better?

I always thought the live pod's were a great idea but they will always be just that... a pod...:(
