I think this has a lot of potential but IMO I think there needs to be some more panning with the guitars, but maybe the way you got it is the way you want it. It just seems like everything is fighting for the same space. Like all parts are right in the middle. But you might wait for other replies. I'm just a noob too. Sounds like some good playin and singing going on though.

Noob or not--I agree. Feels like everything is fighting for the same space to me too. Both in the stereo field and frequencies--got a whole lot goin' on right in the middle of both.

I really like the song. I definitely think it's worth pushing. Very cool style--the style itself speaks of dreams.

thanks for the replies trumpino and white strat,

have just had another listen and i agree with you both, will have a rethink and probably start again edit the song retrack some parts using different instrumentation.
