theres not enough info in your post. i honestly dont know what "the 4-Channel Stereo Microphone Mixer," is. make, model, etc.
 
From what i can tell I wouldn't use that mixer for anything other than a kids birthday or something. If that's all you can afford you'll need XLR to 1/4" or Mic to instrument cable because that mixer doesnt have XLR inputs.

It also doesn't appear to have any preamps or phantom power so you would need those too (or at least a preamp if you are using a more normal dynamic mic like an SM57/58) to run mics in at anything close to a useable level

I think the faders act as the pre-amp like on contractor microphone mixers that have only a knob for level like the link below. As for phantom power.... not so much.

look i need 1 input just one for the mic i have superlux d103
i am from egypt there is that much of music stores
i did go to radioshack they have told me that they don`t have preamp
but a mixer will work just like it so that is true
if there is any good preamp less than 60 dollars it will be great but it can be shiped to egypt plz help
 
Go with dastricks suggestion even tho it's a behringer mixer it's much more advanced than the the radio shack mixer and will meet your needs.
