please read all posts in this thread before answering.
otherwise we will be out of time.
thanks.

this quote and all other words u say are 100% truth, but....

u asking the same question as i do: how to bridge that another layer of disconnection? especially when improvising?

THIS IS THE QUESTION! im very tired repeating that over again.

thanks, mate.
You for all I know may be miles ahead of me which may mean I shouldn't even be in your thread. But allow me to ask a clarity. I find letting it flow' easy- but also just within musical style that is easy for me -not jazz or other challenging music.
Again, I see a big difference between improvising and having an adequate outcome vs flying and playing exactly the right and intended notes'.
So question to you is in reference to 'quick method, 'fast. You seem to be asking to bridge that gap- with out the work?

one of the most important questions in music:

where's the bathroom?

Yes, it'? called the s practice. Practice that moves your fingers. Beginning slow and work above the speed. Practical riffs. Many otherwise riffs. Riffs that is 1 knocked a lot, 2 knocks, 4 knocks, 2 metres, beginning etc. late and it is occupied in you it is accelerated. Practice. This has been said many times over. Then you hear other songs. Learn the songs. Recognize the riffs in songs that you learned already. Then practice that it improvizes from yours. The line together many riffs, throws in certain scales. Then you do something globally different and spontaneous. All it begins with the practice.

me you allow I clarify this for you:

it first leaves the discussion on the guitar playin: for with the thing it is given a order it is created something, and then I use those ideas, that come a-one in my brain in miliseconds, that they improvize. well. im creating the idea after the idea, that becomes in order to it thinks each second and it transmits. the all rest, I mean the fingers, I face the expression and singing outside those ideas, you come as secondary thing, naturally, because the rest of body follows the brain that is in the intensive thought.

the fingers try they follow the brain as long as better they can. the bad thing here it is that it is impossible are played the precisely same notes for the guitar that is in my brain simultaneously. at least I would need 5 or more seconds in order to I find him for all in fretboard. and this makes the improvisation impossible. thus, I make the type of compromise here. first I select who scales I will use. then I portray the all neighbouring notes near my initial note.

I mean, I try I suppose in my brain how they would sound before their choice. thus, I try to portray what I have under my fingers and then I create my ideas based on THAT depiction. effort are portrayed the sounds of notes as much as possible narrower. this compromise decreases the possibility is played anyone it is in my head. this I only use my depiction in order to I keep "? my car in road the discovery other way become my improvisations. I do not think for my fingers etc. , in order to I only promote further with my ideas based on that depiction. think that you think you think.

I request you before read the all places in this thread it answers. otherwise we will be out of year. thanks.

I hope that the helps bring this thread behind where it should they are.

otherwise we will be out of time.

OH MY GOD, WE'RE OUT OF TIME!

and my main question remains the same: HOW TO BRIDGE FAST IT ALL TO FINGERS AND GUITAR STRINGS?

PRACTICE.....practice….practice…. (something I also need to do more often :D).

Singing is NO different than playing...you still need your EARS to tell you if you are singing (or playing) correctly.
It's just that your voice is more familiar to you than an instrument might be...so you need to LEARN (PRACTICE) that instrument.

And like NYMorningstar said...you need to just experience the moment and let that guide your playing.
Just thinking about it won't get you there while playing/improvising....thinking about it is what you need to do while practicing.

(Oh...and here's a small revelation for you….)
Not every note you reach for during improvisational playing is thought out clearly, ahead of time...THAT'S why it's called improvisation! :)

And if you want to THINK every note during imporvisational playing...then guess what...you need to PRACTICE until your brain and your fingers know where note is and what you need to do to play it.
Otherwise, you do what most every other player does during improvisational playing...you let you fingers make some choices "on their own" that will work and "bridge" between your thoughts and playing.
That too comes form practice.

marioantigod, I have two questions, could you please answer them, and if you can, please answer each question in one sentence:

1. how long have you been playing, what instrument, and what have you done so far to learn that instrument?

2. when you wrote in the title of this thread "one of the most important questions in music", what was that question?

Thank you very much

marioantigod, I have two questions, I could you I request I answer in, and if you can, I request you answer in each question in a proposal:

1. how much time you have played, who body, and what you you have made up to now in order to you learn that body?

2. when you wrote in the title of this thread "? one of the more important questions in music"? , who it was that question? We thank you too much

if it weren't for this thread, boredom would've killed me by now. i really have no business being at work today.

1. im 30. i play guitar for 15 years, but only now i found my way of at least minimal PLAYING. years before i could name as of empty and fruitless playing and unmusical practicing.
i did learn other songs, transcribed (not so much but i did), learned scales and also sung.

2. how to PLAY, not "play", and how to bridge the thoughts to a fingers, to strings, to the notes on the instrument at the moment of improvisation, quick change of ideas and emotions.

if u dont get it by now, i wont be able to help u.
thanks
